Charlotte Pettit is a 21 year old multi-media artist from Brighton, currently based in East London.

Hailing from a background in painting, her work is informed by process- making, with an emphasis on presenting a visual journey. Ranging from photographs, paintings, drawings, and digital pieces, Charlotte describes her practice as ‘rotational’, aiming to explore the relationship between media.

Following a desire to document the synesthetic relationship between art and music, Charlotte finds inspiration through automatic and intuitive work. She finds creating whilst listening to exciting music allows for a free -thinking approach to develop ideas, and the perfect setting for new visual phenomena to emerge.
